The PROGRAM
Lidderar is an Ecuador-based training program that focuses on social entrepreneurship. In this program the participants expand their knowledge on social justice issues. They identify a social problem and devise a solution for it throughout the year of the course. The goal of the program is to empower participants to become agents of change and informed citizens.
IOI & LIDDERAR
IOI runs a Lidderar leadership course for the youth and community leaders of Isabela. This course is made up of students in 8th - 12th grade, the fishing co-op, the agriculture sector, IOI's focus group, and local surf club.
